> Client requires a third party Management Consultant to facilitate the hands-on Workshops from facts gathering (where they are currently) to be assessed for the comparative gap analysis from their KEY RESULT AREAS / CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS in the format of Balance Scorecards. Followed by Course of Actions to align with their KRAs/CSFs.

Includes the Process Roll-Out that covers On-The-Job Training from preparations, setting -up, up to operational and for continuous improvements in the Strategic Management System and Tools (TQM and Corporate Planning).

> The Integrated Organization from various Management Levels / Cross, and even in the Rank & File Employee involved to have a TEAM - Actualization (when realized their Full potentials) base on each ones Role.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS for Clients:
  • The Executive has to ensure that all involved Organization Group/s are prepared through his / her key function - to Organize, Orchestrate and Oversee before the locked - in schedule Workshop. (replace the old practices to deliver better results)

  • Avoid absences and tardiness

  • Strictly observe positive attitude and behavior environment such as respect to everyone including the Facilitator, motivates, be objective, & productive

  • Participates in all activities - Get out of comfort zone and big picture perspective or outside of the box thinking

  • Best to start doing the agreed BSC SMART KPI the following day after Hands-On Workshop Session

  • Tangible items, materials, even the physical settings and applications as indicated in the said Tool has to be complied with for assessment and continuous improvements

  • No cancellation or re-scheduling unless declared non-working day since both parties cannot be blinded a least 3 working days due to transmittal of transactions

  • Consultant may text and call the Executive at least 3 or 2 days before the locked-in Workshop. And may conduct an On-Line Workshop should the Team having a hard time executing

  • The Management Consultant to be hands-on and reports directly to the 1 Level higher Executive weekly

  • Will cover the enhancing of the Balance Functional Organizational Structure (with each ones KRAs, Key Functions and KPI Parameters), and Processes Standards.

  • Management Consultant facilitates / coach in the implementation immediately right after Orientation (part of Process Roll-Out Plan) by Organizing the Team (Balance Command Accountability Chain and Cross Functional up to Rank & File Employees), the on the job training while setting-up, during dry run, and for continuous improvements (bringing into working condition). 

  • Documentation will include Video and Photos of both before and after. Consultant may return its copies to the said Client upon proper turn-over. Otherwise for the Consultant's filing (confidential).

  • Transparency of the Client such as accurate and real time information, updates to avoid delays, mistakes due to lack or misinformation and unnecessary costClose communication, coordination and cooperation between both parties

  • At least weekly progress on site upon approval. The Consultant's key function is to facilitate the Team involved with the Client. While the latter is to validate in order to see to it that the activities as facilitated will significantly produce the desired results

  • Consultant will personally report to the 1 Level Higher Executive weekly at Site

Determined, Committed Client and Project Manager with Team who need a 3rd Party Hands-On Management Consultant's perspective covering from Defining the details of the Coverage, Measurements, Assessment Analysis, Course of Actions, Simulation and so on until successfully set - up and working in reference to their KRAs / CSF.

 

> Checks and balances each implementation batch or stage base on SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time bound) - KPI Tool and System. 

> Strongly recommends at least once a week progress workshop / coaching. The more session a week the better. 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS for Clients:
