ACHIEVEMENTS

Had done moving RKI's manufacturing process up many notches towards an Industrial Level of Quality Assurance and Control. Increased the Production Line Capacity from 50 kilos to 200 kilos per shift by setting up a standard floor lay-out base on economical process flow; adding a personnel assembly, set the movement standard T&M including increasing Quality Yields over Usage Mileage. 

Was able to improve Client’s monthly cash flow balance by 20% from deficit of 20% during the Hands-On Management and Operations Training Workshop Seriess. Also in its Commissary's Production Cost by Operating less than 2 working days (1 shift) for one week's 11 Store Chain's Requirements from 5 working days. 

Improved the Pharma Outlet's Direct Display Selling Inventories stocking for accountability at economical shift turn-over procedures and policy. Shift Tally Sheets Reports are checked and balanced with the POS SKU balance. Periodical check and balance of Cash Sales to Validated Bank Books.

Developed MDC's the process flow floor lay-out at front line to avoid criss - cross, as well as as the software in Excel Link Files, and process flow charts with forms, implementation and Hands-On Training of Front Line Personnels
